Jérôme Cornille, 42, at HSBC, he led investments on real estate fund for five years and invested € 400 million in all asset classes (offices, business premises, hotels, warehouses, businesses advised a number of operations co, premium properties in Paris).
At BNP Paribas, he has held various expertise/advisory assignments in the European real estate market, including the real estate assets of the Italian bank BNL (1B€). He began his career in industrial transaction and real estate valuation department at C.F.F. crédit institution. He graduate MBA real estate à Sorbonne.
Herve Pointillart – advisory
Hervé Pointillart, class of EDHEC 79 business school, has a long career as an entrepreneur in the press and marketing. After five years as head of international advertising within the L’Expansion group, he founded the French subsidiary of the Grey group (Grey ranks among the world’s top advertising and marketing organizations, serving one-fifth of the FORTUNE 500, in 96 countries.) managing international accounts such as Mars, Procter&Gamble, and reselling his stake 10 years later.
From 1994 to 2000, he was CEO of Claritas, a subsidiary of the Dutch press group VNU listed in Amsterdam. First mega-database player in France with a turnover of 47.5M€ in 1999, managing a team of 100 people.
From 2000 to 2002, he became CEO of First Test, a 60% subsidiary of the Dutch press group WEGENER, then took over the management of the free daily news newspaper 20 MINUTES (450,000 copies/day). SAS with a capital of 35M€ held by the SPIR, Ouest France and SCHIBSTED groups.
In 2004, he founded the magazine FEMME EN VILLE, a free magazine with a circulation of 500,000 and Homme en ville with a circulation of 300,000 copies. Negotiation of the entry into the capital of business angels, then of the media group M6 (1,2 billions turnover), which bought him in 2008. In 2008, he founded HP Conseils and in 2009 he took over the magazine SPORT in difficulty. He has been involved in real estate since 2012.
Jessica Parra, 26, Mexican, she studied communication sciences in Mexico, she worked for the department of marketing and innovation in a prestigious school and university recognized in Mexico. She has been in France for three years and studied foreign languages at Sorbonne University in Paris.
Currently she is specially involved in Pointco Capital in Spain’s real estate development projects.
Susana Correia, 43, she has extensive expertise in Real Estate Law, in sale and purchase of companies, corporate restructuring and corporate finance, with a special focus on real estate. Graduation in Commercial Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa and Post-graduation in Real Estate Law, Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
She is also experienced in the coordination and implementation of international transactions for investment and acquisition of assets’ portfolios. Country Manager Portugal.
Diana Nunes, 30, she studied economic sciences in one of the most renowned Portuguese higher institutes. Worked for 5 years in the purchasing department of a large cosmetic company in Portugal. Business developer Portugal.
Marc-Olivier, 21, he is studying finance at Skema Business School and has studied 6 months in Brazil in the Fondaçao Dom Cabral. He worked for different companies specialized in real estate. At Cautioneo he worked as an assistant for the department of Partnership and and he has done an internship in rental management for the real estate company Calude Rizzon.
Currently he is involved in Pointco Capital for the management of real estate development projects in South Europe.
Bernardo Santos , 23, has a degree in Public Administration, with a minor in Political Science, by the University of Aveiro, in Portugal. In his academic formation, he acquired knowledge in the financial, economic, law and human resources areas as well as being apart in multiple conferences in those subjects.
Currently he is involved in Pointco Capital for the management of real estate development projects in Portugal and Spain.
